Customers having lumber claims after using a coating have often blamed the performance of the active ingredients. Through years of expierence and application techniques, we have total confidence our controls ensure the chemicals have an opportunity to perform to the requirements required by the customer.
The self contained PLC based system will control and monitor the operation of the lumber spray, as well as record all of the critical functions, to allow access to information for the past year. An extensive alarm system will notify the customer when there is deficiency outside of the set parameters.
