Auto Batching ratios are set up through numeric entry variables on the HMI Panel Screen to set desired proportion of Water to Chemical. During batching period Water runs continously into Batch Tank while the Chemical pump runs intervetantly to match desired ratio, this is done through a very accuarte and complex programing through the PLC system.
Batching is is measured to 100% accuracy and totals are displyed on the HMI Screen, Auto Batching is activated by the fill level in the
