PROCESS 1
Our first conversation will be to decide which of our systems are best suited for your mill and your site. With our expertise, we will be able to advise the best plan of action for your companies goals. For example, you may come to us wanting a dip tank, but together, we may decide a spray system will be more cost effective and better for your lumber.
PROCESS 2
After determining the optimal area and system to implement, SprayCo will begin its engineering process to design a custom system based off your site plans. This will give you a turn-key operation for installation and application.
PROCESS 3
After providing all drawings required for external piping and electrical, the SprayCo group will arrive on site for commissioning and training of the system usage. Upon completion, we will have an extensive QC program implemented to determine that all functions operate within the required parameters.

SprayCo Facilities
SprayCo has a warehouse located in Port Coquitlam when they assemble, test and program all systems on site. They also share a fabrication shop in Aldergrove with their exclusive supplier.
